Because our platform facilitates adult interactions for matchmaking and professional recruitment, use of this Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. We enforce rigorous safety standards to ensure minors are protected.
1. Zero-Tolerance Policy for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
MyJinnee strictly prohibits the creation, upload, sharing, or transmission of any content that involves Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or facilitates Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). This includes, but is not limited to:

Any account found engaging in these activities or attempting to upload prohibited material will be terminated immediately and permanently banned without warning.
2. Mandatory Reporting and Law Enforcement Cooperation
We comply fully with all international and local child protection laws. In alignment with our legal obligations, MyJinnee will immediately report any confirmed cases of CSAM or child exploitation to the relevant legal authorities:

We empower our community to keep our ecosystem safe. Our mobile application features a built-in, easy-to-use Reporting Mechanism available on every user profile, job posting, and chat window.
Users can flag any profile or message suspected of violating child safety guidelines without leaving the app.
All reports flagged for “Child Safety” or “Minor Access” are routed to an accelerated priority queue for our moderation team.
4. Continuous Content Moderation and Monitoring
To enforce these standards, we employ a multi-layered verification and moderation system:
Profile Screening: Matrimonial and job profiles undergo verification checks to ensure users meet the 18+ age requirement.
Automated Filters: We utilize automated scanning tools to block known signatures of explicit content and flag suspicious behavior patterns.
Human Review: Our dedicated security team manually investigates flagged content 24/7, executing immediate takedowns of non-compliant media or accounts.
5. Dedicated Child Safety Point of Contact
We have designated a specific response representative to handle all inquiries, enforcement procedures, and escalation notices from regulatory bodies, users, and Google Play regarding child safety.
